Paris based photographer Julie Ansiau graduated from the photography section of L’Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs of Paris but also specialized in Archeology and Indian Art History at La Sorbonne. She later won the Picto Photogrpahy Award, the Leica Ensad Prize and the Joop Swart Masterclass of the World Press Photo.
She has been working since the 90’s for many French and International magazines like Grazia, Elle, Milk Deco, Vogue Nippon, Cosmopolitan or Madame Figaro Japon in many lifestyle fields : portraiture, architecture, travel, kids, interior decoration as well as still life.
Her commercial clients include Astier de Village, Fermob, Le Bon Marché, Ikéa, Disney, Guy Degrenne, Truffaut and many more.
Julie is also a yoga passionate. She participates in many yoga workshops and Bhakti music festivals in France and abroad and regularly performs sacred chants and kirtans with her group « Freestyle Kirtan ».
